Finding cutoffs of previous years and extrapolating it to next year is very tough proposition. There are many dynamic variables. Difficulty level of exam, preference to a particular branch, performance of students etc. Best is to study well enough to have percentile of 75 that will ensure your admission in any institute.

UPSEE Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech programmes
Candidates are eligible to apply for admissions into this course through UPSEE exam if they:
Have completed their 10+2 or intermediate exam from UP board or its equivalent from a recognised board or university with a minimum aggregate of 45% with physics and mathematics as subjects studied by them.
