What are the options available for me if I do not have the income certificate made after 1st of April, 2017?

You don't need to have an income certificate issued after 1st of April. According to the new rules of state government income, certificates are valid up to 1-year. So if you have an older certificate. You can go with that for your counselling. Good luck!

Sir I got 21957 rank in general/obc category in ggipu exam and 11710 in upsee obc category which counselling to choose to get good college.

Hi,
According to your rank, if you reside in UP then you have home state benefits.
But, according to Shiksha college predictor, you will not get JSS-Noida.
You are eligible for CS in ABES, GL Bajaj, Raj Kumar Goel Engineering, IPEC and IMS Engineering College.
