You may get private college of top rank based on your reserved category of OBC. Colleges like KIET, JSS, JAYPEE, BIT, MIET, BBDIT, etc.

No. If you get government college then it would only be branches which are not so hot in market. Otherwise very tough to get government college at this rank.

dear it's little bit hard but keep trying in counselling . when is your counselling schedule. add only those colleges which are best for you . do not add all the colleges in the list because sometimes person with not so good rank gets a good college.

Appear in UPSEE2016 counselling. Try to get colleges like Jaypee Institute , JSS Noida.
Also you can try for Amity University.
