It appears that you could not cope up with studies in engineering. Remember, engineering is not the end of the world. Get assessed by career counselor and select another stream. I am sure you will find success.

There are lots of sites which enable this. You can find these by googling. However, what you should do is get your answers checked by teacher and work on weak areas.

Yes, after doing diploma engineering from any college approved fron AICTE, you can get admission in B.Tech through lateral entry. Mostly, university conducts it's own entrance exam for lateral entry.
