You can go for AKGEC Ghaziabad, JSS Noida, JIIT Noida ,Amity(with scholarship may be),wait for your final rank of JEE-mains. Then I will be able to tell you about your best shoot.

Regarding bschool u should judge the best bschool be it psu/private. For top colleges, go through shiksha bschool list as per your city choice. Some of the government colleges which offers mba are fms(delhi), bhu, jamia, pondicherry univ, calcutta univ, aligarh muslim univ, etc. Get a good college w
