Hello It was established in 1986 and since then it is doing quite good job in preparing the students as the best designers. It is said that the students getting degree in designing from this institute establish a good career in designing (fashion, interior, etc. ). NIFT is known to provide all the facilities to its students like- transportation, library, computer labs, designing studios, computers with all the designing software, dummies for carrying out the work of textile designing, all the necessary items from minor to major that are required in all types of designing activities I. e. , from technological facility to the manual facilities. The students are taught with an aim of developing them as a professional designer so that they will showcase their talent in the large multinational companies. The students are prepared to get the jobs as large retailers, brand marketers, manufacturers, e-retailers, in textile mills, in home furnishing companies, as design BPO'S, in start-up firms, as a fashion designer, interior designers, assistant of reputed fashion/interior designers.
