If you are getting a good college which has awesome placement record and provides numerous opportunities then it's better not to take drop and start the course. But if you ain't able to get a good college then I suggest you to go for drop and prepare well for next exam.

Merely 15-20 percent more of the academic fees have to be submitted yearly. With this facility, if someone expects scholarship too and gets too in some way, which is difficult, then it is against humanistic values. Think of the situation of the General Category students, who are just above the eligibility category for all the two facilities. Be it scholarship or fee waiver, neither they can apply for scholarship or fee waiver, and have to submit all the hefty fees from their pocket. On contrary, some students takes all the facilities, and hefty amount is resolved by the government.
