UPESEAT Counselling

Candidates should carry all the required documents for verification at the time of UPES counselling. Failing in presenting any of the required document may lead to the cancellation of candidature. Candidates should carry a set of photocopies of all the documents to submit it to the admission authorities. The list of documents required for UPESEAT counselling is mentioned below:

• UPESEAT counselling call letter. 
• UPESEAT admit card 
• Admit card of the qualifying exam. 
• UPESEAT result or scorecard of the qualifying exam. 
• Recent passport size photograph (four). 
• Caste category certificate (if applicable). 
• Domicile certificate (if applicable). 
• A Demand Draft drawn in favor of ‘UPES Fee Account’ payable at Dehradun as the first-semester fee.

• First stage, a candidate has to complete UPES BTech counselling registration by filling up the required details. 
• After successful registration, a candidate will get the call for participation in the counselling based on the merit list. 
• Now, the candidates will have to report the counselling venue of UPESEAT on the prescribed date and time. 
• Carry all the required documents in original as well as xerox copy at the counselling venue for verification. 
• Post document verification, candidates will have to give the preference of the courses for admission. 
• Candidates will get the seat according to his/her merit. 
• Once, the UPESEAT seat allotment is done, candidates will have to make payment of the tuition fee and other fees for the completion of the admission process.
