Under certain conditions decided by the universities you may be eligible. Kindly, write to the universities about your distance education degree. Admissions will also depend on your academic grades and GRE scores. Kindly, check with the universities first.

Yes, there is some hope. Some of my friends are there with lots of backlog and year drops and they have GRE score nearing 300. It depends on your SOP, LOR and GRE marks.

Hi, It is difficult to comment on visa outcomes. You must worry about getting the admission offer first, Germany for you is not an option. Chances are also less in Canada. You may try in US if your overall profile is good. Check less competitive countries like Australia or even European countries.

Hi Ranjeet,
TOEFL or IELTS are part of the admission requirements. Top universities like Harvard, etc. do not require these scores as the applicants themselves are brilliant and do not require additional tests to prove their brilliance. I hope you got my point. Universities may also waive of these requirements depending on the candidate's profile and communication skills. I will recommend you to communicate with the universities before you apply.

Hi,
Most of this information could be found on the university's financial aid section. They have information on their own scholarship schemes and scholarships provided by other external organizations.
