You can check colleges in Germany, Canada, UK, Japan, Singapore, Ireland and Switzerland. For college ranking I will suggest you refer to a ranking table like QS or Times Higher Edu ranking.

Yes, it is possible to pursue your higher studies in the USA after completing your class 12th. You must take SAT and TOEFL exam to get into a decent US school/ college. You can short list the colleges according to your profile and make an admission application. You can prepare your financial documents, once you receive information from the college.

You must take GRE and TOEFL. Taking the entrance will not guarantee admission to get into MIT, you must be very strong in your academics and also extra-curricular. You must be one of the top ranked students in your UG degree with exception innovative and research skills.

These are the main intakes in US universities. Spring and Fall are more popular ones. Students majorly apply for fall intake, which starts around August to September. You can visit university websites for the intakes they offer. Not every university will have all the intakes. Fall as I said is more popular. To study in US, you must take your SAT and TOEFL. For UK, you must take IELTS.

USA has two major intakes. One is fall, which begins in August and the other is Spring, which begins in January. You can check university websites for the intakes, they have as it is hard to name all of them. You must also check the requirements, MBA programs requires work experience, GMAT scores and TOEFL. Secondly, you have a 3 years degree course, which may not be accepted by all schools.
