The breakup of seats of Government Polytechnic Kanpur for Group-A is given below.
1. Civil Engineering : 60 seats in each shift (First and 2nd shift)
2. Electrical Engineering : 60 seats in each shift (First and 2nd shift)
3. Mechanical Engineering (Automobile) : 60 seats in each shift (First and 2nd shift)
4. Mechanical Engineering (Production) : 60 seats in each shift (First and 2nd shift).

Yes you can transfer to the government post graduate college. Noida, Uttar pardesh. You have to tell a valid reason for your change in the college and also your semester marks will also carry a weightage for you to get in the college. Do remember they have reserve seats too for every course I. e 50% for general and 8% for SC. Many courses are available in every filed starting from arts to sciences. Good luck.

Yes, you can do B. Com from Milestone institute of professional studies, GHAZIABAD. For this you have to complete your higher secondary examination (10+2) from a recognised educational board.According to me MIPS doesn't offer distance learning. You can contact MIPS. Their contact details +91 9810949944, 9911607999, 9911132300.
I can see that you have mentioned the name of Km. Mayawati Government Girls P.G. College, Badalpur and for this college yes, you can do b. Com but I think distance learning is not available. You can contact the college for further details - 0120 267 3010

Yes if you want to complete your Diploma in foriegn language then you can complete from out side of amity but I think it will be better for you to complete your foriegn language Diploma from inside the campus if they have good faculty for German language but yes if you have connected with good institutions who provide Diploma in German language then you go with that institute.
