You can go for management quota but better to clear UPSEE exam through which you can get any college in Uttar Pradesh. Please don't give any donations to anyone for such college.

The total seats in UPTU are around 1000-1500 for lateral entry. If you are under 1500 rank then you can get admission in government colleges.

I don't know about any college in Bareilly but I recommend to fill the form of IPU, Jamia, and Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana. In this, I am also pursuing in B.Tech through lateral entry.
