In my opinion, if you are capable then you should do self-studies, because there is nothing like studying yourself than going to any coaching. In today's world a lot of information is already available to download for free from the internet and so you can use that too in order to prepare. But, if you have already made up your mind to opt for coaching then you can contact Career Launcher or IMS because they are the best in this field.

For that, you can contact the college authorities as they can only let you know the exact date of commencement of the classes, as there may be spot round counselling going for vacant seats. So that's why they could be delaying the classes.

IET, Lucknow is far better than the UPES Dehradun as UPES is a private college and IET, Lucknow is a government college. UPES stands nowhere in the national ranking but IET does.

See, there is no such criterion for the admission in UP colleges. In private colleges, you can get admission with any marks scored by you.
For a government college, you have to score a minimum of 350 marks to get into any lower-ranked government college.
