All three are good. If you want a college near you, then go for Jaypee. If you want exposure from east and central India, then go for KIIT, if you want wider exposure then go for SRM.

There is no such process. If you want to make a career in CSE only then you must opt for B.Tech in CSE. But in post-graduation, if you want to pursue M.Tech in CSE then you have to appear for GATE so that you can get a seat in IIT, IIIT, etc.
