But still, if you have only these two options to join then you may go with Institute of Management Studies-Noida. The reason for my saying this is lack of quality infrastructure and other resources for students academic welfare.
However, if you are bound to join IMS-Noida (due to no other options), then be prepared to stand on your own legs. The college is affiliated with a low graded state university (I.e., Chaudhry Charan Singh University-Meerut).
