Hello, Although both the colleges are not good for BJMC courses.
But still, if you have only these two options to join then you may go with Institute of Management Studies-Noida. The reason for my saying this is lack of quality infrastructure and other resources for students academic welfare.
However, if you are bound to join IMS-Noida (due to no other options), then be prepared to stand on your own legs. The college is affiliated with a low graded state university (I.e., Chaudhry Charan Singh University-Meerut). You have to write a lot (I mean very long answers) to gain marks and pass the semester exams. But if you try hard then definitely you will succeed in BJMC. When we talk about the placement, its fine. If you have some sufficient industrial exposure with some big employer, and having something extra which can give an extra edge over other students, surely you will be well placed.

If you are pursuing MJMC course Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, then I would like to mention certain points. I don't recommend you to do this type of course from Open University. Because, while doing MJMC course from distance learning, you will lack in some core technical skills that you need to have. You will lack in experiences of real time projects that students of regular students gets. Since, you are wishing to do master course from an Open University, I want to suggest you to go for some reputed University i.e., IGNOU. The demand and reputation of IGNOU is much higher than this Tandon Open University. I hope that you are thinking to do some job in this field, which is a really good for correspondence students. Spend some time to gain some extra beneficial and relevant certificates that gives you some extra advantage while appearing in the interviews.

I would not advise you to go for Institute of Management Studies, Noida. My suggestion will depends upon what other options you do have. If you are not getting admission is any college for BJMC, then you may take admission in IMS, Noida. The reason why I am saying this is its affiliation, infrastructure and Placement. This college is affiliated with a low graded state university of Uttar Pradesh i.e., Chaudhry Charan Singh University, Meerut. This is not the good University, course curriculum is very old. Second reason is its infrastructure. Although, it is located at very good location, connectivity is good. Surrounding area is also good. But, the internal structure of the college is worst. Canteen is bad. No cleanliness at all. And, the third thing is it's placement. You cannot get the good placement opportunity here. Because, this college is not much famous for this BJMC course. They are only specialized in management course (BBA, PGDM). So, try to find out any other college.

Out of the given two options, absolutely go for Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Delhi. This is the best college affiliated from the best University (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Delhi). This is the best college for Engineering and Fine Arts. Its students are well placed after the course. In the comparison of Arwachin World Business School, which is located at a pathetic location with bad infrastructure, my suggestion will go for Maharaja Agrasen College. The college is located at the best location of Delhi. Its infrastructure is the best. Entire campus is equipped with Wi-Fi to facilitate the students with the course material. There is one more thing, which I would mention here, it's placement. Here, the training and placement is very active and have the collaboration with many companies to ensure the best Placement.
