National Post Graduate College was established in capital of UP by the intervention of the then CM of UP in the year 1974. Since then college has come a long way to establish itself as an institute of learning amongst large number of other colleges in the city. Though initially it began as post graduate institute but today it offers degrees, diplomas and certificate courses in diverse fields.
