HBTU Kanpur MBA curriculum is inclusive of core and specialised topics related to the field of Management. There are specialisation focused electives as well. Candidates can choose four electives from one and same specialisation in the third and fourth semester of the programme. Some of the topics covered in the PG course are:

The tuition fee amount for an MBA at HBTU Kanpur and CSJMU is nearly the same. HBTU MBA tuition fee is INR 1.2 lakh and tuition fee for MBA at CSJMU is INR 1.5 lakh. Hence, in terms of fee comparison, both the universities are almost the same. However, the candidates must note that the mentioned fee is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

The first step of the admission process is application form filling. Aspirants with a valid bachelor's degree from a recognised university passed with at least 55% aggregate can apply. The application form can be filled out in an online mode. Harcourt Butler Technical University admit candidates to the MBA course on entrance score basis. The aspirants can apply with a valid score of CAT/CMAT/AIMA-MAT/CUET-PG. Shortlisted candidates are further called for GD and PI rounds. After final seat allotment, candidates can pay the required admission fee amount to confirm their seats.

Harcourt Butler Technical University offers admission to the MBA course based on exam score and performance in the selection rounds. The applicants are shortlisted based on CAT/CMAT/AIMA-MAT/CUET-PG scores. Selected candidates are further called for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. Apart from this, for admission it is also crucial that the aspirants fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements. In the selection rounds, 25% of weightage is given to GD and PI round and 75% to candidates exam score.

Yes, Harcourt Butler Technical University offer seat reservation to various categories. There are reserved seats for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS and other such categories. Aspirants belonging to other states are eligible to apply for 5% supernumerary seats in each of the BTech specialisation. However, these seats are allotted to only the students who meet the prescribed criteria. There is a home state quota as well, the candidates whose parents are permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh can apply for seats under this quota.

The tuition fee amount for BTech courses at both the universities is almost the same. HBTU Kanpur BTech tuition fee amount is INR 3 lakh. While BTech at CSJMU cost range from INR 3.6 Lacs to INR 4.2 lakh. Hence, there isn't a big margin in the fee amount. The overall fee is also economical at both the universities. Students who are still confused about which university to choose can consider other factors, such as university ranking, student rating, and more.
