There is no specific cut-off for B.Sc medical imaging technology, some universities conduct their own exams and some give u direct admission based on your class 12th score, so you don't have to worry about a cut-off like NEET. Hope this helps.Good luck

First of all, You have not mentioned, in which year you are studying like the first year, second year, or third year. However, Yes, you can withdraw your admission from Sunbeam Women's college Varanasi from the BBA course. The procedure for admission withdrawal is,
1- You need to visit the college.
2- Write an application letter to the principal.
3- Then go to the principal room.
4- If the principal approved your letter, then you are eligible to withdraw your admission.
5- Refundable Fees are decided by the principal. I hope this will help you.
