Every college has its own policy regarding college changes after admission. Most colleges only allow transfers with the permission of the principal or head of department. The procedure is as follows:
1. You will be required to get a "no objection certificate" (NOC) from the principal or head of the department at Maharana Pratap Polytechnic College, Gorakhpur.
2. You will need to have good scores in your semester or entrance exam.
3. Your reason for changing colleges must be accepted by Maharana Pratap Polytechnic as well as the college to which you want admission.
4. Your NOC must be accepted by the college to which you seek admission. This is the general procedure followed for changing the college. You need to contact your college regarding the detailed procedure and to know if you are allowed to change colleges or not.
