There is no chance in BIET. You may get REC college and government universities if you have filled choice and locked during counselling.

Yes, Amity University, Noida is good for M.Sc as the faculty is good and experienced there. So you can look for that.

I think a certificate from Lucknow University is better but for different courses it may vary. Try checking online.

There are no any changes for LEET in UPTU. But at this rank you'll not get any college, neither government nor private. For LEET government colleges like IET, HBTI, MJPRU and BIET your LEET rank should be under 100 and for private colleges your rank should be around 2k.

If you can take CAT 2018 please have a try because both of the colleges you have mentioned won't lead you to a job. There are plenty of chances you might be jobless after PG. If you want to do MBA for your passion and then after PG you want to join your family business then it is okay.
