Hi,
You can try to get admission for any Diploma in community colleges. Later, you can pursue a degree too, if you score well. 6.5 is a good score.

Hello Harman,
Your grades are not the very best and so is your GRE which is not too high. I would have recommended you to take the GRE. Another advice check universities in Australia or NZ. US or Canada will be too competitive for you. If you have a very impressive statement of purpose you may still get through. Visit the university websites you are interested in and take a look at the average GRE scores of admitted students. You should also email the universities before submitting your application.

Hi,
At least 50 percent marks are required to pursue a Bachelor's degree in an SPP college, hence it applies to Langara college as well. You may check the website for details and email them as well.3

If you are looking for a college specifically in Vancouver, Langara is well known , you may also check Fairleigh Dickinson University - Vancouver.

Hi Sukhanbir,
No college will tell you prior if they will offer conditional or unconditional offer letter. You must fulfil the admission requirements to be eligible to apply, if the college requires additional information from you, they will place a conditional offer letter.
