Yes. VCET (Vivekananda College of Engineering and Technology, Puttur) is a recognised engineering college in Karnataka. It is affiliated to VTU, and approved by AICTE with few NBA-accredited programs. The college has a proper active placement cell with top recruiting companies (eg. TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Bosch).The placement percentages is around ~80-90, and placement packages ranging from INR 12-15 LPA (the highest) to INR 4-6 LPA (Average). The college has a good infrastructure, good faculty, and good review received by the students

To apply for MMS admission at Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology (VCET), Mumbai, candidates must register for the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the Maharashtra CET cell (DTE). This can be done by visiting the official admission portal of MHT CET. During the choice filling procedure of the CAP, candidates must place VCET Mumbai for MMS at the top of their list of preferred colleges. Further, candidates must separately apply for at least one of the accepted entrance exams (MAH CET/ CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ GMAT). by visiting their respective official websites.

VCET and LTCE are both popluar among the BE colleges situated in Mumbai. The colleges offers full-time BE courses in various specialisations. The BE fees at both the colleges are comparable to one another. However, BE at VCET Mumbai is slightly more affordable than BE at LTCE Mumbai. Check below the total course fee at both the colleges:

  • BE fee at LTCE Mumbai: INR 4.84 Lakh
