Yes, you can get admission to VDKUB with 75% in 10+2. According to the university, the program, and the commencement year, different minimum cutoffs are required for a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc).

But, generally speaking, a minimum of 50% (10+2 for the B.Sc program) is the cutoff result for the qualifying exam for those programs. For certain universities and programs- especially the more prestigious or in-demand ones- the cutoff scores might be higher. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited university in the relevant stream with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50% to be considered for admission to postgraduate studies. A round of counseling is also available for postgraduate courses. 

However, for reserved categories (ST/SC/PWD) there is a relaxation of 5% in the cumulative grade.

Yes, you can get admission to Sri Krishnadevaraya University with a 60% class because their requirements include completing the SKURESCET test as well as having a minimum of a 55% grade in the relevant subject. The eligible candidates will receive an interview invitation from the university. Candidates who make the shortlist are selected based on both their admission exam results and interview performance. ST/SC has 5% relaxation.
