I am glad and somehow excited that its my first answer on Quora. Now coming back to the answer, let me introduce myself. I am a first year student at IET DAVV of IT branch. I was almost in the same state as you are , deciding between them. Well now after completing my Ist year, I think that I can answer this. Overall if you see the ranking then its like: 1.)S.G.I.T.S 2.)I.E.T D.A.V.V 3.)J.E.C
But personally I feel that IET DAVV is best available option for you after IIT-I and MANIT in M.P. JEC is simply out of the race when compared to these two institutes.

You can find a number of MOOCs for photography. NPTEL also has one such course. I have personally seen the open2study.com course. It is free of cost and a 4-week course with a certificate of competition. Visit the website and see the course if you like that for basic understanding.

Hello Parvez, I am afraid, it will not be feasible. But do not loose hope. After completion of all rounds of counseling, if seats are vacant in colleges, they will find a way out. Just keep in touch with the management of if your intended college for this purpose and of course hope for miracle to happen. Best wishes.
