VITEEE 2025 Syllabus for PCB Students:

If you mistakenly input the incorrect gender on your VITEEE form, don't panic—we all make errors! If it's still in the amendment phase, you would normally be able to contact VITEEE help or admissions staff to have them rectify this. They may request some identification documents to cross-check the adjustment, so these should be accessible. The best method is to refer to the official guidelines on their site or get in touch with their helpdesk immediately for the best instructions.

If the candidates have paid the fee twice for the same VITEEE application form, then they will be eligible for a refund. The excess amount paid will be refunded to the candidate's account within 7 working days. If the candidates do not receive their refund within 5-7 working days, then they can connect with tech application [at]vit.ac.in. A request for a refund has to be raised by the candidates. 

Students will be immediately informed if their VITEEE application form is successfully submitted. The authorities will send a message to their registered email ID and mobile number if the application is successful in all respects. If the application form is found incomplete until the payment stage, then the students will receive messages/emails from the authorities. Since the communication will be done through the registered contact details, the students are advised to be careful while submitting their information.

The candidates will be required to upload their scanned signature in the VITEEE application form. The sign has to be done in a rectangular box of size 6 cm (width) x 2 cm (height) drawn on a A4 size white paper. The candidates will have to sign with a dark blue or black pen within the drawn box. The signature has to be cropped and scanned in JPEG format. While cropping the image, the candidates have to ensure that the dimension should be 3.5 cm (width) x 1.5 cm (height). The scanned signature image size should be 5 KB to 150 KB.

The official VITEEE admit card download link will be available online. To access the VIT admit card, the candidates will have to log in using their application form number and password. However, it is to be noted that the admit card will be generated 48 hours after the candidates complete the slot booking process. No other mode will be used to release the admit card.

To access the VIT slot booking facility, the candidates will have to log in using the required credentials. The login credentials required for the slot booking facility are the VITEEE application form number and password. If the candidates forget their login credentials, they can follow the steps prescribed by the official authorities to recover their application number and password.

VITEEE slot booking facility will be available online for all registered candidates. To book the slots, the candidates will have to visit the official website and click on the official link. After logging in, the candidates will have to select their preferred slots as per the availability. If the candidates forget to book their slots, then they will automatically allotted slots by the authorities. 

In case the candidate's VITEEE application fee payment status is failed, then they are advised to check if the fee has been deducted from the bank account or not. If the fee has been deducted, then it will be refunded by the authorities. In case of a refund, the candidates can make the payment again online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.
