- English communication - 20 questions
- Technical - 80 questions

- Grammar - Subject-Verb Agreement, Tense Forms, Voices, Articles and Preposition, Use of Conjunctions
- Writing Technical Instructions
- Writing Memos and Writing Minutes
- Transcoding
- Preparing Questionnaire
- Proof Reading
- General Vocabulary (words often confused)
