VITMEE Application Process

The Vellore institute of technology has released the VITMEE 2025 application form for M.Tech admissions. Candidate can submit their application form by Mart 31 2025. For registering the vitme candidates need to visit the official website which is vit.ac.in, click on the application form link and apply for new candidate registration, fill out the application form with correct details, pay an application fee of INR 1200 (non refundable) using net banking / debit card / paytm / credit card, upload photograph, signature, marksheet and Aadhar card which is mandatory. Commit the VITMEE application form and save a copy.

The Vellore Institute of Technology mentions the VITMEE eligibility criteria in the information brochure. The VITMEE eligibility is different for each course/discipline. Candidates willing to apply for the VITMEE exam 2026 must go through the criteria carefully. However, apart from the educational qualifications, here are some other eligibility that applicant must satisfy before filling the form.

• Must have an Indian nationality and must have graduated from institutions located in India with a minimum qualifying percentage of 60%.
• Foreign or NRI/POI candidates must apply separately. 
• Final year students can also apply for the exam. 
• Must have acquired a minimum of 60% in their class 12th and diploma exams. 

For course-wise eligibility criteria candidates can check the admission prospectus, that is expected to be released in the second week of January 2026.
