Candidates declared qualified based on the results will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. Candidates appearing in the VITMEE 2025 counselling process have to carry documents given below at the allotted institute. 

• X and XII Std. Marks statement. 

• Marksheets of all semesters/years of the qualifying examination upto pre-final/final year as applicable. 

• Qualifying degree/Provisional certificate. 

• Transfer/Migration/College leaving certificate obtained from the Institute last studied.  

• Service certificate issued by the Employer.  

• Community certificate (only for SC/ST categories). 

• Conduct certificate (Original). 

• Physical fitness certificate. 

• Admission letter and a photocopy of the programme fee receipt. 

• Four copies of recent passport size colour photograph. 

• An undertaking for good conduct and behavior in a prescribed form.  

• Affidavit to be signed separately by the student & parent.

• Enter the VITMEE new user page and register with the required information. 

• Verify registered email id and mobile number for the password received from VIT.  

• Fill the VITMEE application form 2024.  

• Pay the VITMEE application fee INR 1200 through online mode using net banking/Debit card / Credit card/Paytm mode 

• Upload your photograph and signature image in the application form. 

• Upload all semester/year/consolidated marksheets, Prefinal year students upload upto 6 semester marksheet 

• Aadhar card to be uploaded as mandatory. 

• The filled in VITMEE application form may be downloaded and stored for future reference.

• The first step is to pay INR 1200 application fee in online mode.  

• Applicants should register for VITMEE, a Computer Based Objective test at indicated test centres.  

• The list of short-listed candidates will be published on the website or personal SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number for online VITMEE counselling.  

• Shortlisted Candidates will be asked to choose the preference of campus and branch. Selected candidates will have to pay an advance payment of INR 1 lakh.  

• Candidates who fail to pay in advance before the deadline will not be considered for admission.
