Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU) and Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University (UPRTOU) are popular universities that provide various courses in Open & Distance Learning (ODL) Mode. All three universities are recognised by UGC. Talking about the Bachelor of Arts (BA) courses, IGNOU and UPRTOU provide these courses in multiple specialisations.
