WBJEE JELET marking scheme will be released online by the authorities. Candidates are advised to check the marking scheme carefully to know how their answers will be allotted marks. The category-wise marking scheme of WB JELET is given below.
- Category 1 - 1 mark will be given for every correct answer. ¼ marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- Category 2 - All correct options will be allotted 2 marks. For any combination of answers containing one or more incorrect options, the answer will be treated as incorrect, and it will yield zero. For partially correct answers, i.e., when all correct options are not marked and also no incorr

WBJEE JELET will be conducted as an offline test. Candidates have to be physically at their centres for exam. During the 2 hour paper, candidates have to answer 100 objective questions. Category 1 will have 80 questions and Category 2 will have 20 questions.

WBJEE JELET syllabus is prepared and released online by the authorities. The subjects, units and topics that have to be studied for the entrance examination is available through the JELET syllabus. Candidates will have to prepare topics of 11th and 12th standard Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Addtional topics of Fundamentals of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (JELET) also have to be studied for the entrance examination.

Candidates will be able to register for WBJEE JELET online at wbjeeb.nic.in. All candidates will have to fill the form with their required details. The application fee has to be paid online. Candidates will have to upload their photograph and signature.

WBJEE JELET 2023 application form was released on December 29, 2022. Candidates were able to access the JELET application form 2023 online. No other mode of application was accepted. The final date to register for JELET 2023 was January 17, 2023. After the final date, no applications were accepted. The candidates were advised to check the official eligibility criteria before WBJEE JELET 2023 registration.

The authorities of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will conduct WBJEE JELET counselling process online. All eligible candidates will be required to register for the counselling process online by paying the registration fee and filling out the choices in the order of preference. The authorities will also announce the WBJEE JELET seat allotment result online. Only for the admission confirmation, the candidates will be required to physically visit their allotted college.

WBJEE JELET 2025 mop up counselling dates have not been announced yet. To participate in mop up round, candidates will have to register, pay fee and fill their preferred choices before final date. Authorities will announce JELET 2025 seat allotment result online. Candidates have to confirm their admission before final date. If candidates fail to confirm their allotment, then their admission will be cancelled.

After WBJEE JELET seat allotment result is announced, candidates have to verify their documents. During admission confirmation, candidates have to submit their counselling form, rank card, category certificate, domicile certificate for verification.

After JELET seat allotment is announced, candidates will have to confirm their admission before final date. Selected candidates will be required to log in using required details and pay seat acceptance fee. After fee is paid, candidates will have to report to their allotted institute to verify their documents. If candidates are not able to confirm their admission before final date, then their allotment will be cancelled.
