You can easily get the jadhavpur college with the branch of your choice too. Its a really good college and has very good placement records as well.you can also get some other good government colleges of west bengal too. So do give it a try. Your rank is really appreciated and lots of luck your way.

West Bengal has all kinds of national institutes ranging from IIT, ISI, IISER, IIEST, NIT, IIIT, IIM, Bose Institute, Indian Institute of Chemical Biology,

It's difficult to get admission in UEM for CSE branch as the University take students on the basis of their JEE Mains rank only and your rank is quite low for it.
Though you can apply for other Universities like NIT Goa, NIT Agartala.
