You can easily get the jadhavpur college with the branch of your choice too. Its a really good college and has very good placement records as well.you can also get some other good government colleges of west bengal too. So do give it a try. It's difficult to get admission in UEM for CSE branch as the University take students on the basis of their JEE Mains rank only and your rank is quite low for it.

Though you can apply for other Universities like NIT Goa, NIT Agartala.
