1. Chandannagar Institute of Management and Technology
2. Techno India
3. Tarkeswar Degree College

Yes, you can apply in Maharashtra. But you will get only the seat of outsider quota which is 15-20% of total fees.

1. Annex college of management studies
2. Institute of management study
Techno India University
3. BP poddar institute of management and technology

Well dear, there are hundreds of Engineering Colleges in West Bengal whereas few for Medical. In 2009, the total number of Engineering seats were 20,077 and I think 5,000 were added again that year. However, last year counselling was gone upto 60,000. Even I have seen candidate with 59,000 rank getting good college like- IMPS College of Engineering, Malda. In 2010 Government has announced addition of 20,000 more seats which he has fulfilled. Simultaneously raising the number of Medical seats to 2,000 from 1200. But as far as we have seen last year councelling almost 40,000 Engineering seats were there whereas for Medical it was 1200 (a

These all are private colleges.
As for the eligibility criteria, you need to clear the entrance exam that is held by the institution, in which you have an aptitude test. Questions asked are statistics, popular destinations in the state, Indian as well as global current affairs, etc. If you clear the entrance exam, then you have to appear in the group discussion round, where an on-spot topic is given and you have to discuss it with the fellow members. Speaking skills are most important for the tourism industry.

Presidency College is one of the best colleges of India. The entrance won't be easy like every year. You can practice general aptitude and class 11-12 maths.
