Well, being selected for the highest package totally depends on you. There is no fixed criteria for the highest package for any of the departments in any of the engineering colleges in India. So it totally depends upon your skills.

Please go for International Institute of Photography. Rest you can learn photography from any institute, after all, it depends on how skilled you'll be in your field.
