If you want to join an IIM after graduation you have to attend CAT exam which will take place this December 2016.
The registration for CAT has already started from today Aug 8, 2016 on IIMCAT website.
So, prepare well for CAT by joining a crash course of weekend batch for CAT from nearby CAT coaching institute or you can refer CAT related books from Arihant Publications, Arun Sharma, R.S. Agarwal, etc., they will help you.
I highly recommend you to better finish the degree and take time to study for next year CAT if you are very much fond of getting a call from IIMs, because it will be difficult for you to concentrate on both degree an

When UGC does not recognize, it is better to skip it. It is still a better course, you can go for it. ISB - Hyderabad offers PG program, which is not recognized by UGC and AICTE.
