No, the Uni Worcester reviews tuition fees annually and these may increase in the subsequent years of the program. The increase in tuition fees is generally down to inflation.
Increase in fees is determined using RPIX (retail price index excluding mortgage payments). Tuition fees are published on the 'Fees and Finance' page of the Worcester Uni website by the end of June, prior to the start of the new academic year.

As per the official website of the University of Birmingham, Indian students need a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for admission. Look at the pointers given below -
