Yes, WPI considers the safety of its campus as a top priority. To maintain a safer environment, the campus police is always available at the campus in case of any emergencies. The institute also provides facilities such as health care assistance, campus transportation, emergency management to handle any kind of emergencies and many more safety measures.

WPI is best known for it's programs in some popular majors including Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computational Science Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering and many more.
