You have a chance, If you perform very well in ISC and GD-PI. GD-PI has 50% weightage.

Your XAT percentile is fine but minimum qualification for admission to the PGDM program at the Institute is three / four years bachelor's degree with minimum 55% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities. So keep a tentative track of your 3rd year marks and then apply.

Its always depending on how you perform in your interviews. If you can justify your year gap well and you have something in tour profile which can impress the panel then you stand a chance. But xat score is very important in any case
