I will suggest you to wait for 1 year and prepare for CAT / CMAT. MBA cost is worth if done from top 30 /50 school. Also you can explore about option of distance MBA from SCDL / IGNOU / NMIMS. Best Wishes.

XAT is a national-level management entrance examination conducted by XLRI, . Apart from XLRI and 10 other XAMI member colleges, over 1,000 B-schools accept XAT scores for admission to their post-graduate management programmes.

XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) is a national-level management entrance examination conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes. Apart from XLRI and 10 other XAMI member colleges, over 1,000 B-schools accept XAT scores for admission to their post-graduate management programmes.

According to me obviously yes because degree is a degree, may it be a correspondence or a regular. It depends on the schools what percentage or grade is required for the exams and for sure it is all upto to you how much you score in your entrance exams. So I think yes you should go for your target and best of luck for your future.

IIM Kolkata has a the highest CAT cutoff which is 97+ percentile in order to get Management admission. There are other prominent Top MBA colleges in Kolkata where the CAT/XAT/CMAT/IIFT exam scores are been considered for the admissions to MBA programme. The cutoff lies in the range of 70 to 80+ percentile.

No, you will not get admission in MBA if your percentile is less than 50 as the minimum requirement is 55% or more as per the colleges. Your score in MAT or XAT only matters only for getting seat avakolabity among huge competition, when your score in degree is good you get admission in MBA colleges. If you have good money then you can opt for payment seats from the colleges which are 2 or 3 times higher than the actual fees.

Bachelor's results do have an impact on your MBA selection but it doesn't mean you can't get a good MBA college. You must try to study hard so that you can get a good percentile in XAT these are a few colleges if you score 90% or above. XLRI Jamshedpur
