Some tips which would help you in scoring well in any MBA entrance exam:-
1. Be thorough with the basic concepts.
2. Practice a lot to get comfortable with the various difficulty level of questions.
3. Read newspapers to be aware of the current affairs.
4. Focus on the tips, shortcuts, exam-taking strategies, etc.
5. Improve your mental calculations.
6. Solve an ample amount of mocks and analyze them well.
7. Go through last years' papers/questions for better understanding of the exams.
8. Lastly, do not panic on seeing low scores; have faith in yourself and be optimistic.

XAT is a management entrance exam conducted by Xavier Institute. There are few colleges which accept XAT scores like Alliance University, IFIM, ISBR and so on. The fee structure ranges from 7 lakhs to 11 lakhs.

Generally, CAT score cutoff will be above 60 percentile and MAT will be 80 percentile or 90 percentile.
