HRM is kind of a four wall job for which you will be paid high but if you think you want to do something for the society as well then go for RM because at XISS, RM department sensitizes the student to work for the marginalised. So yes, the package is higher with HRM.

Since your score is very good, you can actually target much better colleges than XISS.

Frankly speaking, MBA is done for making money and hereby we are looking for the colleges to give the best return of investment and XISS do satisfy the students by giving them their best placement opportunities with an average package of Rs 8 lakhs and highest of approximately Rs 15 lakhs.

Pune University is a better option because it has good placement records and good reviews about faculty than XISS. XISS is also good, but the main focus is on social service course.

Welingkar - Mumbai would be the best option followed by XIME and PUMBA. I would suggest you to keep XISS and IFIM as a backup.

For any department, you don't need to be louder. You should be audible and should stick to your points or ideas. Give other some chance to speak. Try to start the GD if not then conclude it. Have a watch with you to check the timing of conclusion which is last 2 minutes.
