Well all trade/department here are really good it just depends upon which department you opt for.But when you talk about trade you take comparing it with placement last year RM & HR were in a higher platform as 100% placement was achieved by dept of rural management with avg package of 7.5 lakh while HR had 90% students placed with highest package of 13.2 lakh

Xavier Institute of Social Service dont accept MAT score for the admission in any department, they take CAT/MAT/CMAT score for there intake.

Finance is the richest management career than any other.

Basically IT is not suitable so you may go with rural management. It is a good course.
