It depends on what your definition of better is. If you are talking only in terms of placement, XIME is a better option.

Hello Bishal,
There is no separate consideration for OBC as it is included in general only. Cut-off are as follows:
CAT-50 percentile, CMAT-90 percentile and

Both are good for pursuing PGDM courses depending on the choice of course in which you have your interest. BIMTECH offers PGDM in IBM, retail and IB. While XISS offers PGDM in HR, rural, marketing, finance and IT.

You can get admission in XISS. Also, your chances will increase, if you belong to the reserved category.

Hi,
Both XISS and KIAMS are good colleges. However, going by the specialisation, XISS is best known for its HR specialisation among other specialisation available. Whereas, KIAMS is known for marketing among other available specialisations. So it depends on the profile you want to opt for in future.
I hope the information provided by me is useful for you.

You have got low score in CAT no problem what is with XAT and CMAT. Try with those and fill the form and see whether you qualify for XISS.

Some of the questions are related to General knowledge, your introduction, short and long term goal, why XISS, why HRM, why you did B.Com and your strength and weakness.

It's tough. But personally, I would suggest you to grasp every current topic related to the department you are opting for. If you have a hint of knowledge and you are able to speak you will rock.
