While both the institutes are prestigious and well recognised by students. IIM Ranchi has a slightly better edge in terms of placement for MBA . the highest international placement package went upto as good as INR 67 Lacs per annum, followed by the highest domestic package at INR 35.50 Lacs per annum, average package stood at INR 17.3 Lacs per annum, which is better than XISS. The placement percentage for the year 2023 was 100 percent.

XISS Ranchi MBA fees 2024 is expected to be around INR 8.90 Lakhs for 2 years. XISS Ranchi fees includes the tuition fees, admission fees and security deposit. Apart from accepting CAT and CMAT cutoff percentile, the institute also accpets XAT score for admission to the PGDM-HRM programme. XISS Ranchi XAT cutoff 2024, for the Unreserved category, the XAT cutoff is 60 percentile for the PGDM-HRM course. For the Reserved category candidates, the XISS Ranchi cutoff 2024 for XAT is 45 percentile for the same course.

The Xavier Institute of Social Service Ranchi accepts several national-level entrance exams, including CAT, XAT and CMAT for admission to PGDM courses. The institute has released the 2024 cutoff for CMAT for both Unreserved and Reserved categories. As per the data available on the offical website, XISS CMAT cutoff 2024 is 70 for Unreserved category students. For the Reserved category, the CMAT 2024 percentile is 60 for the PGDM-HRM course.

It's considered among the top MBA colleges in India. However, when it comes to taking admission in management programs in XISS, candidates need to go through CAT/XAT/MAT examination. But if you couldn't score well in the entrance exam, you can still get direct admission in MBA under XISS management quota seat. The managment quota seat will cost around INR 8-9 Lacs for 2 years.
