XLRI BM is the better option. It is an old B-School and ranks right after IIM A, B, and C. It has a large and varied alumni network. You will find XLRI alumni in almost every reputed companies.

The library of XLRI Jamshedpur was established in 1949. XLRI's library is well-equipped with a vast collection of study materials and various reference books. Postgraduate students are allowed to borrow a maximum of four books at a time for a period of ten days whereas Fellow students can borrow 10 books for a month. The college library is big and is one of the best college libraries present in India.

XLRI Jamshedpur has a huge campus with a lot of on-campus facilities available for undergraduate and postgraduate students. XLRI - Xavier School of Management has computer resources, a computer centre, an academic block, auditoriums, sports facilities, and several other facilities.
