Scholar-Level 18

Hello Stephen, with such good marks in 10th & 12th, it's surprising that you scored quite less in your graduation. But then what it indicates us that you indeed have the ability to score well. For getting admission into XLRI a student needs to pass the entrance test conducted by the institute. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this test. https://www.xlri.ac.in/about/about-admission-procedure.aspx
Best wishes to you.

It depends on different IIMs or other Top B-schools, they have separate criteria for percentages in class 10th and class 12th.

I am guessing by this course, you mean Post Graduate in Human Resource Management. You don't need 5 years of work experience for getting admission. You can enter either through GMAT or XAT exam.

There is no specific need for 10th and 12th, you just have to clear all exams get above 50 in UG and then scoring above in entrance will automatically give you merit.

Hey,
You will have to mention both the degree courses in your form. There is always an option of other degrees that you may have. In those fields, you can write about the BBA degree. It shouldn't be an issue.
All the best.

Hi,I don't see that happening anytime soon. XLRI is focusing more on the Masters Diploma, as of now and has no plans in the near future for launching a BBA programme.

In 2018, the last percentile for BM was around 95 and for HRM, it was around 93.

I can say from XLRI perspective. It is still a work in progress course. Honestly speaking, you can do it from better institutes like IIM-Bangalore or IIM-Ahmedabad. People doing EFPM from XLRI have also had success no doubt, but you will still get better chances in the IIMS.
