The admission process for the XAT includes shortlisting of candidates based on the XAT score or Graduate Management Admission Test score, group discussion and Personal Interview and final selection based on certain criteria. Candidates have to clear all the rounds to be selected for admission. After the exam, candidates will be shortlisted for group discussion and Personal Interview rounds at Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur based on their Xavier School of Management results. Step 2: GD and PI
Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur will announce the group discussion and Personal Interview schedule by the end of January for the selected candidates. The admission round will be held in various cities and the candidates will have to confirm their interview city online on the official website of Xavier School of Management within the stipulated time limit. Step 3: Final Selection
Each candidate will be evaluated based on their Xavier Aptitude Test 2023 score, Group Discussion/Personal Interview performance, academic history, and other parameters for preparing the final merit list.
