XLRI Xavier School of Management

The XAT exam is conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, for admission to management courses. The election process for XLRI, Jamshedpur, is as follows:
1. The admission process consists of three stages: shortlisting of candidates, group discussion plus Personal Interview and final selection.
2. Once the XAT results are announced, the candidates are shortlisted for group discussion and the Personal Interview on the basis of their XAT scores.
3. The XLRI in Jamshedpur announces the schedule for the GD and PI rounds. The candidates are required to confirm their interview city on the official website within the time limit.
4. The scores for this round are also included with the XAT scores.
5. Once the process is over, the candidates are evaluated on the basis of their XAT score, GD/PI performance, and academic history to prepare the final merit list. Once the candidates are selected, they are called to complete the admission procedure
