As long as you have a graduation degree in your hand, you are certainly eligible to join the course. Distance education should not be an issue.

International Placement in HR is not as common as they are in Finance, Consulting, or Analytics. Although there are companies which provide international placements in both the campuses. But, I will definitely say that both campuses are great places to study and you can go to either of them by comparing the parameters like Fees, RoI, Location, Your Own Preference, Opportunities compatible to you. Then you can make an informed choice.

Yes. Both in internship placements of 1st year as well as in final placements for the 2nd year students. XLRI is only getting better with placements. There is a phrase we say here, 'XL aae ho, place to hoge hi'. I think that should suffice.

Sure you will. Call for XLRI is solely based on your XAT score. After that, for your final selection, your academic performance may be judged. However, you should not worry much about your academic performance. If you do good in the interview process, then you are most probably selected for XLRI.

It won't affect at all. XLRI promotes diversified backgrounds. Considering your course, the faculty here will be more excited to know about the prospects of this course during your interview. So, it would rather work in your favor. Just score well in XAT and rest will be taken care of.
