The application fee for the MBA programe at Yale University is USD 250 (INR 21.3 K). The SOM also allows applicants to pay less if their earning is less than USD 30,000 a year, for them, the application fee is USD 175. However, the SOM (School of Management) of Yale waives the application fee for members of the following group:

  • Current Yale UG students 

  • Members and alumni of Teach for America, China, and Teach for India.

  • Qustbridge College seniors and alumni 

  • Access fellows

However after Yale University receives and processes your application you will receive an email prompting you to activate your Yale admission status portal. Yes, if you're an Indian student, an MBA from the university is definitely expensive. The tuition fee is around INR 73.4 L per year. If you take into account the cost of living as well, your overall expenses go very close to the INR 1 Cr mark.
