The AMU 2026 Entrance Exam Counseling has usually three rounds.
- Round 1: Applicants can register, upload supporting documentation, select the colleges and courses they want to take, and then submit their application within this first round.
- Round 2 (if necessary): Should tickets still be available following Round 1, there may be a second round. This gives candidates who didn't make the cut off in the first round the opportunity to run again in accordance with their rank and the number of seats available.
- Round 3 (if necessary): In a manner similar to Round 2, if seats remain vacant following Round 2, a third round may be conducted.

Admissions at ZHCET are primarily *entrance-based* for its BTech programs. They consider scores from national-level or university-level exams like JEE Main, AMUEEE (the university's own entrance exam), or state-level engineering entrances. While academic merit might be used within categories of eligible candidates, the initial selection and ranking heavily rely on entrance exam performance.

ZHCET considers scores from national-level or university-level entrance exams, but *doesn't specifically mention accepting CUET* for BTech admissions. Their website lists NTA scores, so clarify directly with ZHCET for confirmation.
