Yes, you have very good scope abroad. You can do M.Sc. forensic science in UK. It is one year Masters and the course have a few internship programme with Scotland yard police.

Don't forget that it is a pure Science. Good teaching positions, with sufficient salary are not always found. So, you depend on Research which is not always funded by the UGC. Moreover, you take plenty of time to get a Ph.D. So, consider pros and cons carefully, before taking a decision.

Yes you are eligible to appear for M.Sc. In botany. Eligibility criteria for M.Sc Botany is as follows. Recognized undergraduate degree in B.Sc. Or equivalent
A recommended minimum score at the level of graduation which can vary from college to college

Yes, you can do, but I saw you have asked for MKU, but I would suggest you better choose Annamalai University or Anna University or Madras University, because Madurai Kamraj University (MKU) has some issues, so you can better choose from these three.

Hi,
No, in fact B.Sc with specialization in Zoology is a very nice course. If one is desirous to do higher studies and/or join the teaching side then it is very nice course. Additionally, after doing the course one can appear for Indian Forest Service (IFoS) exam. Even positions are available in Central Government Offices like Zoological Survey of India, etc. For Research Fellows/Doctoral degree holders.

The first point is of your interest towards subject.
If you like to do M.Sc, then IIT's is good option. If you want to join government services, then UPSC, SSC & other state level exam is good option.
