Zoology is a core subject and hence offers a wide range of career opportunities whereas microbiology is an specific course. Although there are bright opportunities in microbiology but look for some good institute.

Few universities conduct entrance exam for admission in MSc Zoology like Delhi University while some universities enroll students on the basis of their BSc marks.

Some colleges which offer distance learning for M.Sc. In Zoology are IILMT, Berhampur University Distance Education etc.

You can get admission in various courses through NEET marks. Those marks will definitely help you to become a doctor. If due to some reason you can't able to become a doctor, you can opt for teaching or research background. Or you can work in corporate sector, they will definitely pay you good income if you were hard-working. Go for B.Sc.
