It has a strong track record of placing its students in top companies, both in India and abroad. According to the AAFT University website, the placement rate for the 2023 graduating class was 95%. The placement season saw participation from over 100 companies, including many of the top names in the media and entertainment industry, such as Zee Media, India TV, NDTV, NewsX, Aaj Tak, JITM, Marks & Spencer, MindFlame, Karmbhoomi, etc. The average salary for AAFT University graduates in the 2023 placement season was INR 6.5 Lacs per annum.
