Hotel Management course even after knowing that there are a number of institutions in India offering UG in Hotel Management courses. So, there is no value of distance B.Sc. (Hotel Management) in front of a regular degree course. In my opinion, you can start the preparation of GATE/CAT/CMAT, etc. for better options.

If you hold a 3-year degree like BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA or B.Tech/B.Pharma in 10+2+3 /4 system from any recognised university, it makes no difference whether you earned it in regular mode or correspondence/distance learning mode. Only thing to be checked is - your university and its distance education programme should be recognised. For IAS/PCS or any government. Job or exam, both degrees are absolutely equal. For admission to Masters programme viz. MA/M.Sc/M.Com/MBA, both degrees are equal. For admission to 3-year LL.B. Both degrees are equal - a distance education degree holder is not eligible to study law only if his 10th & 12th are also from open school system. So, distance education students must not worry about admissions or jobs based on their degrees!

Hi,
Yes, for MBA, candidates must possess any graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized University/ Institution. The selection in this course is based on the rank in HBSAT or CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ CMAT. Good luck!

Placement cell in ANU is trying to provide placements through in-campus interviews.
The certificate from this university is also useful, because it is a certificate of university.
